Building Relationship

Now is time to forgive ourselves of the past, remembering it only for purposes of where we got it wrong. Time to stop trading blames, insisting more on what went wrong rather than who went wrong. Insisting on setting the right pace and the right persons to lead not rule, to give not to take away, moral compass not ruderless captains, installing those that deserve our loyalty and leadership not those that demand our dealership and lordship over us.  Men and women who stand tall on moral authority; who march on gold in search of honour: with service and heart of love for us. People who have justice in their hearts. Leaders with the fear of God, with the ambition of leaving here better than they met it.
